We are delighted to offer our famous 'Flan Parisien' for collection in store.
Head chef Alexia Dellaca-Minot has worked closely with Alexis Gauthier to produce what they believe is a perfect version of the famous patisserie, only without the eggs and cream. Baked every day at the 123V Bakery and sold by the slice, but now for the first time it is available to order as a whole cake.
Using a delicate blend of oat and nut milks, some amazing madagascan vanilla and a light, flaky pastry, we think this is the most decadent, joyful and delicious flan you will ever eat.
Perfect for parties, treating the office on a Friday, family sunday lunch dessert, the options are unlimited.
